| ASC Holding, LLC, is comprised of several different companies, all with a major
focus on investments. Asset Services Company (ASC) is an independent consulting firm
whose clients are foundations, endowments, retirement plans and ultra
high-net-worth individuals and families. ASC consults on approximately $3.4 billion
in client assets.
InvesTrust is a special purpose national bank, or in common
terms, an independent trust company. InvesTrust administers approximately $2.6 billion
in assets for individuals, foundations, endowments and retirement plans.
Oklahom@ Data Services is a 401(k) plan administrator that provides participant
record keeping for InvesTrust's retirement plan clients. The total number of participants
among ODS' various clients totals approximately 10,000.
The various entities of ASC Holding had a good year in 2006 with growing assets and
participants. Total revenue increased by 13 percent and expenses by only 7 percent.
For 2007, we are challenged to manage our growth, while maintaining a personal touch with
clients and our high-quality, independent investment work.
More than anything else, what makes us attractive to our current and potential clients
is our personal and independent top-quality service.

| American Fidelity Property Company (AFPC) continues in its firm belief in a
conservative management approach. Our diverse real estate interests extend to office,
multi-family and commercial development in addition to supplying property management
services.
Since Oklahoma continues to offer a real estate market
with returns above the national market, national investors still view Oklahoma
City as a strong market. Through this diversity, we are able to create desirable
property values and a high return on investment.
With AFPC's strong liquidity and management experience, we have been able to
expand in our niche markets, allowing for acquisitions in 2006 and building a
solid base for growth in 2007. On the property management front, we are collaborating
with American Fidelity Assurance Company in assessing its office environment needs
for the years to come.
By concentrating our business on those areas of Oklahoma City that promise the
most growth, we offer a premium selection of real estate. Through this careful
selection and management of properties, we provide quality products to our
