Enrollment support, however you want it!

Once your client has agreed to offer voluntary benefits, the job is just beginning.

  • The program needs to be communicated.
  • Employees need to be enrolled
  • Paperwork needs to be completed.

With potential sales to numerous employees, you want an enrollment that's smooth, efficient, and effective whether you're doing it yourself or someone else is. We're committed to helping you have a hassle-free and profitable enrollment, which leaves you with more time to sell more cases. That's why we offer several enrollment options to meet your needs.

Option 1
To maximize enrollment results and save yourself time use our dedicated enrollment team. Our salaried enrollment staff is company trained and certified. They know our products and how to sell at the worksite resulting in higher participation rates. And since they are salaried, they won't be competing for commission dollars.
(Note: This option is available in most states and requires a case size greater than 25 lives.)

Option 2
In those states where we don't have a dedicated enrollment team or if you prefer to work with independent enrollers we recommend using an independent enrollment firm that is familiar with American Fidelity's products and services. Call us for a list of potential firms. We are continuing to expand our dealings with enrollment firms across the nation, but this service may not be available in all states.

Option 3
For those cases under 25 lives, you can enroll the case yourself or hire an enrollment firm on your own. We can help provide information as to firms that are familiar with American Fidelity's products and services. If you plan on enrolling the case yourself, we recommend completing our certification program prior to enrollment.
