Term Life, Permanent Life, Children's Life An employer can help take care of its employees by helping them take care of the people in their lives who matter most. Our worksite life insurance policies have a simplified application process, with minimal health questions and no required medical exams. (Issuance of the policy may depend upon the answers to the health questions.)

American Fidelity's Limited Benefit Accident Only Insurance offers employees a plan that can pay for unexpected medical expenses they may incur for treatment of injuries due to an accident. Benefits are paid directly to the insured, allowing him or her to use the money to help pay for out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles or co-pays.

Our Limited Benefit Cancer Insurance helps employees cover the cost that comes with a cancer diagnosis. This plan helps cover both the direct and indirect costs of cancer, and includes a screening benefit which helps with early detection and diagnosis.

American Fidelity's Limited Benefit Critical Illness Insurance is a supplemental insurance policy that will pay a lump sum if an employee experiences an eligible critical illness, such as heart attack, permanent damage due to a stroke, major organ failure, and/or major burns.* Critical Illness Insurance benefits can be used to help pay for house payments, high deductibles, prescription drugs, or any other expense the employee chooses.

American Fidelity's Limited Benefit Hospital Indemnity Insurance gives employees a solution to help provide financial protection when you incur medical expenses associated with an inpatient visit. Benefits are paid directly to the insured, allowing him or her to use the money to pay for out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles or copayments.
- Limited Benefit Health Indemnity Insurance*+#
The Foundation One Security plan allows employers to provide basic health care as an option when major medical coverage isn't available or may be out of financial reach for a class of employees. Employers can customize a plan to fit the needs of such employees with indemnity benefits designed to be easy to understand and affordable. Benefits include daily in-patient room and board, surgery and anesthesia, and certain out-patient services. Coverage is guarantee issue with no pre-existing conditions, and benefits are paid without regard to any other coverage.
