Health Care Reform

Deductible Limits

The law prohibited non-grandfathered insured, small group plans from imposing deductibles higher than $2,000 for individual coverage or $4,000 for family coverage.  However, this requirement was repealed in April 2014 as part of the "Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014."
