Health FSA Debit Card

American Fidelity offers a debit card for Health FSAs that gives immediate, convenient access to Health FSA funds at the point of sale, rather than using funds from your personal banking account. It’s a great way to pay for prescriptions, co-pays, and other common eligible medical expenses, without waiting for reimbursement checks.

Debit cards for Health FSAs can be used at:
•    Healthcare-related facilities including hospitals, physician offices, dental offices, vision offices; and,
•    Merchants participating in the Inventory Information Approval System (IIAS).

As a reminder, save all of your receipts for purchases made with your Flex Debit Card as you may be notified to submit receipts for some purchases requiring additional verification.
