Your Enrollment
Your American Fidelity account manager is committed to ensuring that your enrollment process is as time-efficient as possible – without giving up the attention to your individual needs that makes our customer service truly exceptional.
We offer several ways to educate you on all the benefits made available to you through group meetings and one-on-one benefit reviews.
Group meeting: Many employers offer a short group meeting to update all employees on new benefits, upcoming changes, etc.
One-on-one enrollment: An individual benefit review allows you the opportunity to ask more detailed questions about how your employer’s plan works and which benefits are available. This short, confidential meeting is especially helpful in reviewing eligible benefits that fit your personal needs. You will also complete your Section 125 Plan election form at this time.
If you are already enrolled in a benefits package, this is the perfect time to meet with your American Fidelity representative to evaluate your coverage and how well it serves the needs of you and your family. You will also be able to complete your annual Section 125 election form.
You will need to bring the following to your appointment:
- Driver’s license
- Bank account information (if you wish to sign up for direct deposit of reimbursement through the flexible spending account)
- Spouse and children’s date of birth and Social Security number if considering coverage for them
- Beneficiary information, including (if a trust) full name and account number of trust.
