Some information is made available without logging into our Online Service Center.

How do I set up an online account?

It's easy to set up your account..

Select Set Up a Business Account.
Provide the requested information and accept the Employer Account Security Agreement.
You will receive an email notification that your account is setup.
Select Account Activation, then enter the Activation Code you were supplied with and then submit.
Once you complete these steps you can login to your account.

Note: Life Division policyholders (formerly Mid-Continent Life) can not obtain an Account Activation Code (AAC) at this time.
