Spending Account participants:
- Daily claims processing with turnaround time of 5 to 7 business days
- Monthly administration fee per participant, covering one or
both accounts
- Direct deposit of reimbursements to participant's bank account at
no extra charge
- Toll free fax number for claim submission
- FlexConnection® (toll free automated phone) available 24 hours/day.
Participants can:
- Obtain current account balance
- Review the last activities in account
- Date and amount of last reimbursement
- Date last claim was entered and amount
- Date and amount of last deposit
- Order additional reimbursement forms
- Policy available to cover employer's uniform coverage risk for
health flexible spending account
